I have completed assignments in over 20 states.  My primary area of work is the Western United States, including Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.  My largest assignments have been the Spring Creek Resort in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Robert Redford Properties in Provo, Utah, the late Georgia O’Keeffe Estate in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Val Kilmer’s Pecos River Ranch and several large ranches in New Mexico, Colorado, and Montana. While I don’t specialize in any particular type of property, I have done a significant amount of work in the lodging and health care industries, including hotels/motels, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Typical assignments include apartments, offices, retail shopping centers, etc.
